Refund Policy

Custom Document Nature
All brand identity documents are custom-created specifically for each client based on their unique intake responses and workshop sessions.
Before Document Delivery
- If you cancel before the final document has been delivered, any payment already collected will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
- Since payment is collected upon delivery, most cancellations before delivery result in no charge to you.
After Document Delivery
- Once the final document has been delivered and the download link accessed, no refund is issued.
- If there is a material error — content that does not reflect what you provided — we will correct it at no additional charge.
Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues in good faith.

What GitBrandy Does Not Provide
- GitBrandy does not provide legal, financial, investment, or accounting services.
- GitBrandy does not provide graphic design, logo creation, or web development.
- Documents produced are strategy and communications documents, not legal or financial instruments.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate business information during intake and workshops.
- Clients must participate in scheduled meetings within the agreed timeframe.
- Clients must review drafts and provide feedback within 5 business days of receipt.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered document. GitBrandy retains no rights to the client-specific content of delivered documents.
Limitation of Liability
GitBrandy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific document in question. We are not liable for business decisions made based on document content.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent when your document link is issued. The download link remains active for 30 days. Re-delivery can be arranged at no cost by contacting us directly.
